The Program Director is responsible for the overall management of the programmatic, administrative, financial, and operational systems related to the provision of care and services. The Program Director is the primary liaison with ORR and is also responsible for all reporting requirements of the cooperative agreement or statement of work and shall bring any issues of concerns to the designated ORR Project Officer.
A Psychiatrist or Licensed Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive psychiatric care for clients referred by therapists, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Prescribe and monitor medications, and long-acting injectables, ordering diagnostic tests, and manage medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Collaborates closely with therapists and multidisciplinary teams, participates in program meetings, and offers general consultation as well as support during crises. Coordinates hospital admissions and inpatient care when clinically indicated. Conducts field-based visits for clients unable or unwilling to attend clinic appointments. Ensures accurate documentation and compliance with Medical Board of California, Department of Mental Health (DMH) standards, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements. Actively engages in case reviews, provides psychoeducation to clients and families, and supports quality improvement initiatives.
The Village Family Services Mental Health Therapist is a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD and/or license eligible/waivered, BBS registered ACSW, APCC or AMFT and is an active member of our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health and therapeutic treatment services for children, adolescents/TAY, and/or adults. Individual and family services will primarily be provided in the community (home and school) to clients and their families. TAY clients are also seen at our Drop-In Center. The Therapist may also collaborate with our Resource Family Agency when appropriate to improve outcomes for our foster children.
The TLS Case Manager reports to the Director of Housing Services or their designee, carries a TLS caseload, and provides services to homeless youth and young adults 18-24 years old. The TLS program is based on a housing first model, which supports homeless youth in gaining stability and permanent housing within the private rental market while working to ensure long-term stability for each participant. The Case Manager will provide ongoing outreach to landlords and community organizations regarding services provided by the TLS/TVFS program. The Case Manager will be familiar with the homeless services and fit seamlessly with other CES Program components. The Case Manager will provide services and execute service provisions based on the TLS Scope of Required Services (SRS) core components.
The Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor oversees a team of case managers to ensure compliance with state regulations, auditing requirements, and child safety protocols, auditing regulations, and child safety protocols. The FC Case Manager Supervisor supervises the treatment planning, and all issues relevant to the casework provided by staff to children in foster care. This supervision and guidance may include suggestions for techniques to utilize with families and children, and in general, providing support to case workers as they encounter challenging emotional material in their work with children, their families, and foster and relative caregivers. The FC Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that workers are completing and submitting the required case management documents. The FC Case Manager Supervisor attends and assists in staff meetings and maintains positive communication with other agencies and courts. The FC Case Manager Supervisor is available and able to step in and assist caseworkers in managing and addressing concerns, complaints, or issues with clients or service providers served by the agency. The Supervisor directly supports foster parent recruitment and certification and home inspection and approval.
The Village Psychiatric Support role is an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD and/or license eligible/waivered, BBS registered ACSW, APCC or AMFT and is an active member of our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health and therapeutic treatment services for children, adolescents/TAY, and/or adults. Experience or ability to treat clients including young children, adolescents, and/or adults with serious and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, extensive trauma histories, foster care placement, and involvement in the justice system.
This person will work collaboratively with the TVFS Psychiatrist, patients, their family, medical providers, interdisciplinary team, and others. This person coordinates services between a multidisciplinary team to ensure necessary psychiatric services are delivered in adherence with the treatment plan, DMH contract and state licensing guidelines, court orders JV documentation, professional medical and mental health standards and agency policies and rules, such as home care and psychiatrist’s orders. Services are office-based, via telehealth or in the field as requested and appropriate for clients receiving support services. Additional support include, but is not limited to, the following: consultations, screening/triaging initial referrals, assisting psychiatrists with scheduling appointments, requesting lab work, acting as a liaison between pharmacies, psychiatrist and patients, creating targeted goals/objectives, providing medication education services, medication review forms, providing referrals, reporting patients’ progress and needs, providing information to the clinical team, and coordinating linkage to resources as needed.
