New Posting Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will be primarily responsible for the month-end close process, reconciliation of general ledger accounts, preparing bank reconciliation, maintaining support schedules for GL accounts, preparing and distributing financial statements, budget vs. actual statements, financial related analysis to managers, Board members, and other staff members, monitors budget vs. actual, performs financial projections, supporting the annual audit process and external audits, supporting the budgeting process, Performing relatively complex accounting duties including maintenance and analysis of accounting records. New Posting Mental Health Psychiatric Support

The Village Psychiatric Support role is an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD and/or license eligible/waivered, BBS registered ACSW, APCC or AMFT and is an active member of our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health and therapeutic treatment services for children, adolescents/TAY, and/or adults. Experience or ability to treat clients including young children, adolescents, and/or adults with serious and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, extensive trauma histories, foster care placement, and involvement in the justice system.

This person will work collaboratively with the TVFS Psychiatrist, patients, their family, medical providers, interdisciplinary team, and others. This person coordinates services between a multidisciplinary team to ensure necessary psychiatric services are delivered in adherence with the treatment plan, DMH contract and state licensing guidelines, court orders JV documentation, professional medical and mental health standards and agency policies and rules, such as home care and psychiatrist’s orders. Services are office-based, via telehealth or in the field as requested and appropriate for clients receiving support services. Additional support include, but is not limited to, the following: consultations, screening/triaging initial referrals, assisting psychiatrists with scheduling appointments, requesting lab work, acting as a liaison between pharmacies, psychiatrist and patients, creating targeted goals/objectives, providing medication education services, medication review forms, providing referrals, reporting patients’ progress and needs, providing information to the clinical team, and coordinating linkage to resources as needed.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and desire to collaborate with inter-agency department colleagues and managers to provide clients with seamless service delivery. Intensive Care Coordinator

The ICC facilitates the provision of an array of services in a coordinated, comprehensive, community-based fashion that combines service access, planning, delivery, and transition in a clear and all-inclusive approach. The ICC utilizes the Core Practice Model (CPM) principles and components, including: a strong engagement with and participation of the customer and the family/support system; focus on the identification of client and family needs and strengths when planning services; teaming across formal and informal support systems; use of Child and Family Teams (CFTs) to identify strengths and needs, planning and tracking progress, and providing intensive services. The ICC is intended to link beneficiaries and facilitate cross-system communication and planning to services provided by other community social service systems; to facilitate teaming; and to coordinate comprehensive care. Such support may include, but is not limited to the following: screening/triaging initial referrals, completing targeted case management needs assessments, reporting patients' progress and needs to the clinical team, assuring integrated care, and coordinating linkage to resources. This can include collaborating with providers, services, and agencies such as County Mental Health, Primary Care, Public Defender's Office, Child Protective Services, Probation, and Department of Social Services.


Psychiatrist (FSP)

A Psychiatrist provides comprehensive psychiatric care for clients referred by therapists, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Prescribe and monitor medications, and long-acting injectables, ordering diagnostic tests, and manage medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Collaborates closely with therapists and multidisciplinary teams, participates in program meetings, and offers general consultation as well as support during crises. Coordinates hospital admissions and inpatient care when clinically indicated. Conducts field-based visits for clients unable or unwilling to attend clinic appointments. Ensures accurate documentation and compliance with Medical Board of California, Department of Mental Health (DMH) standards, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements. Actively engages in case reviews, provides psychoeducation to clients and families, and supports quality improvement initiatives.
