The Village Family Services is accepting applications for full time LMFT, LCSW, PsyD and/or license eligible, BBS registered ASW or AMFT to join our FSP team to provide comprehensive mental health and therapeutic treatment services for adults . Intensive services will primarily be provided in the community (home, living facility, other) to these adult clients. Therapist will work to improve outcomes for these individuals.
Please note that this position may require on-call evenings after 7pm-9am, and once a month 24 hrs. weekend availability based on client needs and be on LPS rotation once a month for a week.

Individual and family services will primarily be provided in the community (home and school) to clients and their families. Therapist will also work to improve outcomes for our foster children ages birth to 21.
The TLS Case Manager reports to the Director of Housing Services or their designee. Carries a TLS caseload and provides services to homeless youth and young adults 18-24 years old. The TLS program is based on a housing first model, which supports homeless youth in gaining stability and permanent housing within the private rental market while working to ensure long-term stability for each participant. The Case Manager will provide ongoing outreach to landlords and community organizations regarding services provided by the TLS/TVFS program. The Case Manager will be familiar with the homeless services and fit seamlessly with other CES Program components. The Case Manager will provide services and execute service provisions based on the TLS Scope of Required Services (SRS) core components.

The Clinical Supervisor is primarily responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision (e.g., client oversight, case consultation, timecard approval, productivity reports) and support for any mental health, linkages, or other adjunct services provided in collaboration with any department or program within the agency including MH, FFA, ISFC, Residential, Drop-In Center, Adoptions or other administrative as needed.
The Transitional Housing Case Manager reports to the Director of Housing Services or their designee and will directly assist the team by providing TAY who are at risk of homelessness or homeless remain in current/locate suitable housing. Transitional Housing Case Manager will provide Case Management for Crisis Housing participants, Case Manager shall provide case management needed to assist the participant in self-resolving the participant’s housing crisis and make reasonable effort to diversion and reunification. Case Manger will have knowledge of YCES and TAY homeless services in order to execute and navigate other supportive services.
The Regional Coordinator for the Youth Coordinated Entry System (YCES) Lead is an outgoing individual responsible for all aspects of the implementation of CES for Youth (“Youth CES”) in their designated SPA. YCES Lead is responsible for bringing key partners together to participate in Youth CES; facilitating regular Youth CES Care Coordination Meetings; identifying youth for housing resources as they become available; training staff on Youth CES policies and protocols; identifying and communicating barriers; and sharing lessons learned and progress reports to community stakeholders. Regional Coordinator encompasses the various coordination activities critical to the growth and successful operations of the Coordinated Entry System within a Service Planning Area (SPA). Activities include but are not limited to: System leadership and infrastructure support – supporting the coordination structures, including CES sub-regional leadership, leading Case Conferencing/Care Coordination and data collection to ensure client coordination and de-duplication of services, matching of housing resources, strategic prioritization of regional resources, and tracking system outcomes. Strong attendance and punctuality with deliverables are paramount for this position.
The In-Home Behavioral Specialist (IHBS) provides numerous essential support services to clients and their caregiver/families. At The Village Family Services an In-Home Behavioral Specialist (IHBS) may be known as a Rehabilitation Specialist, Rehab Specialist, Child & Family Specialist, In-Home Support Counselor, Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist.
The IHBS, using a team based approach, is responsible for providing direct rehabilitative mental health services to clients with severe emotional and/or mental health challenges. Utilizing the Core Practice Model (CPM) principles, the IHBS will support clients primarily in the home with intensive, individualized, strength-based, and needs driven intervention activities that support the engagement and participation of the client and significant support persons. The IHBS is an integral part of the support team, assisting the client to develop skills and self-sufficiency to achieve the goals and objectives of the care plan. Clients may be in the custody of the Child Welfare Department, Probation, removed from families of origin, in the process of adoption, or in transition to independent living programs.
The Staff Accountant will be primarily responsible for performing various professional accounting duties including maintenance and analysis of accounting records, preparation of schedules, reports and financial statements: prepare journal entries and reconciles ledger accounts; ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and organization’s policies, procedures and contracts. The Staff Accountant reports to the Fiscal Compliance Supervisor and supports the accounting department in providing financial reports to managers, board, and other staff members.

Problem Solving (also known as “Diversion” or “Rapid Resolution”) is a crisis response philosophy and approach focused on supporting individuals and families experiencing a housing crisis to quickly identify and access alternative housing resources outside of the homeless crisis response system. By practicing active listening skills through creative conversations. Problem-Solving supports the individual or family in crisis to identify viable temporary or permanent housing resources within their own networks or resources, such as family or friends. In select cases and as a last resort, limited and one-time financial assistance can enhance an individual or family’s success in rapidly connecting to alternative temporary or permanent housing.
